Line Dancing Philippines Style – If you never have had the opportunity to learn this dance, here are some tips on how to wobble along with everybody else.
Step 1. Get your groove
The music begins before the dance. Rather than getting into a standing position, feel the beats and dance in your style for an 8-count, until the dance definitely starts.
Step 2. Jump forward with both feet
At the beginning of the wobble, jump forward with your both feet, landing approximately one step in front of your original position with feet landing to the ground at the same time.
Step 3. Dance to the beat
Wobble the hips back and forth for a full 4-count, along with the first of that 4-count having started whenever you jumped forward.
Step 4. Jump back
After wobbling the hips towards the front, you need to prepare and do it towards the back. Jump backward together with both feet, landing approximately to your original position with feet landing on the floor at the same time.
Step 5. Groove to the beat
Shake your hips back and forth for the next full 4-count, to begin that 4-count having started out when you jumped backwards.
